It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for my Weekly Real Food Menu Plans! Each week I will list what we’re having for dinner Sunday-Saturday. My family eats a real food diet at least 80% of the time, so if you’re looking for new ideas for real food dinners, you’ve come to the right place!
I know that a lot of you are trying to eat a real diet on a budget. Grass-fed and pastured meats can be expensive if you don’t have a local source. Fortunately, vegetarian meals can help to stretch your real food dollars! For the next month I will be making vegetarian dishes every other day, so that you can add plenty of low-cost dishes to your real food dinner rotation. Enjoy!
