It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for my Weekly Real Food Menu Plans! Each week I will list what we’re having for dinner Sunday-Saturday. My family eats a real food diet at least 80% of the time, so if you’re looking for new ideas for real food dinners, you’ve come to the right place!
Grass-fed roast, prepared in the slow-cooker with roasted carrots and mashed potatoes on the side.
Sprouted Quinoa Salad (I use this sprouted quinoa.)
Grass-fed Ground Beef and Rice (Brown a couple of pounds of ground beef, add salt, garlic and onion powders, paprika and cumin to taste. Cook rice (I like this Jasmine rice.) in bone broth, add salt and butter to taste.)
Pasta (I use white rice pasta because brown rice is difficult to digest and a jar of organic pasta sauce. I cook the pasta in bone broth.)
Sausage and Veggie Soup (Ground breakfast sausage, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onions, salt, paprika in bone broth.)
