Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today
Spoiler Alert: I ate a lot of cheese.
Y’all. I love cheese.
I love it with my soul.
I’m going to call cheese “soul food” from now on.
Because it is for me.
Poetry isn’t my talent.
But eating cheese is.

Breakfast:
2 pastured eggs scrambled in butter and topped with goat cheese
1 sliced avocado
1 cup of coffee with coconut sugar, raw milk, and coconut oil
Snack:
A handful of grapes
A chunk of Havarti
Lunch:
(Leftovers)
Roasted, pastured chicken
Sweet potato casserole topped with caramelized walnuts (I used coconut sugar.)
Dinner:
Slow-cooker beef stew
Raw milk
