Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today

Today was a pretty typical day.

I mean, I did add peaches to my oatmeal. Fancy, y’all.

Breakfast

Soaked Steel-Cut Oatmeal with coconut sugar, cinnamon and peaches on top

Two eggs, scrambled in butter and topped with goat cheese

Low-temp pasteurized, organic grass fed milk

Coffee with organic, grass-fed heavy cream, a splash of vanilla and coconut sugar

Snack

Grapes and Havarti cheese

Lunch

(Leftovers)

Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

Fruit Juice Gelatin

Dinner

Twice Baked Potato Pie (I used my grain free meatloaf recipe for the crust since theirs called for bread crumbs.)

Snack

Strawberries and milk
