Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today
This morning I didn’t feel well. Not sure what was wrong, but I felt better by lunch time, thank goodness.
Because breakfast was skimpy I treated myself to to lunch out at the health food store.
I ended the day feeling great with chocolate pudding and fresh, raw milk.

Coffee with organic, grass-fed heavy cream and coconut sugar
Lunch
Chicken wings
Roasted carrots and parsnips
Cheesy rice
Dinner
