Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today
I have finally found a gluten free pasta I love. I’ll have to do a whole review of it soon, but for now you can check it out for yourself. It’s called Banza – as in garbanzo beans. You know, chickpeas. You can buy Banza on Amazon.
We’ll probably have a pasta dinner once a week now that I’ve discovered Banza. The kids love it, too, so it’s a keeper.
Here’s today’s food diary.

Soaked Steel-Cut Oatmeal with raw milk, bananas
Coffee with grass-fed cream and coconut sugar
