Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today

I’ve heard a lot about intermittent fasting and how eating fewer times in a day increases health.

I thought I’d give it a try and see how my body responded.

I chose to eat during the hours of 12pm – 6pm at first. Now I think that’s a little too restrictive for me.

I’ll do an article about my experience with intermittent fasting after I’ve spent more time doing it.

Real Food Diary

Breakfast

(7:00 AM) Hot Double Bergamot Earl Grey tea

You can have plain tea or coffee without breaking your fast on intermittent fasting.

Snack

(10:00 AM)

Normally I’d have a snack around this time, but today I had nothing. I felt pretty good, though.

Lunch

(12:00 PM)

I had a giant spring mix salad with sweet peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cottage cheese, goat cheese, and peanuts, topped with Primal Kitchen ranch dressing.

Dinner

(5:00 PM)

Grain Free Meatloaf

Mashed potatoes

Fresh green beans
