Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today
Today I had simple, delicious food.
Now, I know you might not think that risotto is a simple food, but the truth is it’s not difficult to make at all.
I didn’t have a lot of meat today.
Honestly, I only have meat a few times per week. It seems that most of my food diaries have been for days when I had meat.
Granted, I do have soup once a week and it’s made with homemade chicken broth, so it’s not vegetarian.

2 whole eggs and one egg yolk, scrambled in coconut oil
Coffee with grass-fed cream and coconut sugar
