Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today
Here’s the second entry in my real food diary. This time bone broth showed up to the nourishing party.
If you’ve never tried bone broth check out my easy slow cooker bone broth recipe. Bone broth is one of the most nutrient dense foods in my diet. I don’t have it every day, but I always some on hand in my freezer.
It’s a frugal way to round out the diet with a huge healthful bang for your buck.
Obviously, it makes delicious, healthy soups, but as you’ll see in this entry to my food diary, it’s also great by itself or in other foods, like rice.
