Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today

I had the most delicious breakfast today. Well, all of my meals were yummy, but breakfast was a special treat.

Even though it’s best to keep your sugar intake under 5% of your diet (yes, even the healthier sugars like maple syrup and coconut sugar), I indulged my sweet tooth today.

I have no regrets.

Breakfast

A few silver-dollar sized coconut flour pancakes with organic, grade B maple syrup
2 eggs, over-easy in bacon fat
1 cup of coffee with coconut sugar, raw milk

Snack

1/2 c organic blueberries
1 cup of coffee with coconut sugar, raw milk

Lunch

(Leftovers)

3 sweet potato pancakes

Dinner

Butternut squash soup (made with homemade chicken broth)

Snack

Raw milk

Flourless Brownie
