Real Food Diary – What I Ate Today

One of the best things I learned when starting a real food diet is that there no such thing as breakfast food, lunch food, or dinner food. All food can and should be eaten at any time of the day.

We’ve all had breakfast for dinner, right? Well, I often enjoy having dinner for breakfast.

See, I feel best when the first thing I eat each day is high in protein. Frankly, having eggs for breakfast every day of the week gets old really quickly. That’s why I enjoy eating dinner for breakfast more often now.
