It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for my Weekly Real Food Menu Plans!  Each week I will list what we’re having for dinner Sunday-Saturday.  My family eats a real food diet at least 80% of the time, so if you’re looking for new ideas for real food dinners, you’ve come to the right place!  


Chicken and Rice (Whole, pastured chicken, cooked in the slow-cooker and seasoned with salt, garlic and onion  powders and paprika.  Jasmine rice cooked in bone broth.  Carrots on the side.)

Chili (Grass-fed ground beef with my chili seasoning)


Quesadillas (Pastured Chicken, Shredded and seasoned with my taco seasoning, grilled between two sprouted wheat tortillas.)
