It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for my Weekly Real Food Menu Plans! Each week I will list what we’re having for dinner Sunday-Saturday. My family eats a real food diet at least 80% of the time, so if you’re looking for new ideas for real food dinners, you’ve come to the right place!
Honey-Balsamic Chicken Quarters
Beef and Rice (Ground beef seasoned with salt, cumin, garlic and onion powders and paprika. Jasmine rice cooked in bone broth. Green beans on the side.)
Grain-Free Chicken Nuggets
Pizza from the health food store deli (this is part of our 20% this week)
Tacos (Ground beef seasoned with my taco seasoning, masa flour taco shells)
Sprouted Quinoa and Roasted Veggies (I think I can get away with this easy dish for lazy cooks for another Saturday.)
