Free Real Food Meal Plans
It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for my Weekly Real Food Menu Plans! Each week I will list what we’re having for dinner Sunday-Saturday. My family eats a real food diet at least 80% of the time, so if you’re looking for new ideas for real food dinners, you’ve come to the right place!
I know that a lot of you are trying to eat a real diet on a budget. Grass-fed and pastured meats can be expensive if you don’t have a local source. Fortunately, vegetarian meals can help to stretch your real food dollars! For the next month I will be making vegetarian dishes every other day, so that you can add plenty of low-cost dishes to your real food dinner rotation. Enjoy!
Potato and Pea Curry (I will be using chicken bone broth in this, but you can use veggie broth to keep it vegetarian. Also, I’ll use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar.
Turkey Quesadillas (I have frozen shredded turkey left from Thanksgiving that I’ll mix with shredded cheese and spices.)
Chard, Lentil and Potato Soup (Again, I’ll be using chicken broth because I always have it on hand, but veggie broth is what this recipe calls for.)
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches (We never had these last week because we visited my parents and ate there that day.)
Quinoa and Veggie Casserole (Quinoa with sauteed zucchini, mushrooms and yellow squash. Topped with cheese.)
