It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for my Weekly Real Food Menu Plans!  Each week I will list what we’re having for dinner Sunday-Saturday.  My family eats a real food diet at least 80% of the time, so if you’re looking for new ideas for real food dinners, you’ve come to the right place!  

Honey Balsamic Chicken

Potato Crust Quiche

Swedish Meatballs (my substitutions: sprouted flour and sprouted flour bread, coconut sugar, homemade chicken broth, all ground beef)

Pumpkin Risotto

Cube Steaks

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Quinoa and Veggie Casserole

(Quinoa (2 cups dry–cook it separately first); sauteed (in olive oil) onions (1 chopped), garlic (5 cloves minced) and summer squash (1 chopped), zucchini (1 chopped) and mushrooms (8oz sliced); mix cooked quinoa with 4 tbs butter, 1 tsp salt; mix quinoa and veggies together in a 13X9 casserole dish, top with favorite shredded cheese (We use this one); 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  

(I’ll post this recipe once I’ve gotten a good picture of the final dish.  It’s not a pretty dish, but it tastes amazing!)
