3cupsof organic fruit juice of choiceWe like red grape and white grape best. Apple makes a mildly flavored gelatin and orange is good, but not translucent.
3tbsgrass-fed gelatin
1/4cupcold water
Instructions
Heat juice to boiling
While waiting for juice to heat, dissolve gelatin 1/4 cup of water
Wisk gelled mixture into juice until melted
Pour into dish or mold of choice
Chill until set
Notes
I make homemade fruit snacks by adding more gelatin to the juice. I double the amount of gelatin and cut the final product into squares or into other shapes with a cookie cutter.
