Combine the whey, melted butter, water and and flour in a large glass mixing bowl.
Use your hands to form it into a ball. The dough will be stiff.
Cover it with a flour sack towel and leave it on the counter for 12-24 hours.
After soaking the flour for 12-24 hours, knead in the salt.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Break into small balls and roll or press into tortillas.
Heat for for a couple of minutes per side on medium heat on a griddle or frying pan.
