Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms


  • 2 tbsp butter olive oil or avocado oil works, too
  • 1 small white yellow, or, purple onion, sliced into thin strips OR diced
  • 1/2 of a green bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1/2 of an orange bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 8 oz package of baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp of Real Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • fresh ground pepper to taste


  • Add butter to a pan preheated over medium heat.
  • When the butter is melted add all of the veggies to the pan.
  • Add the garlic, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper
  • Saute until the onions are translucent, the peppers are cooked, but still bright, and the mushrooms are soft.
